Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are all the paintings on your website originals?
The paintings listed as “Originals” are one-of-a-kind watercolor works. Limited and open edition prints are clearly labeled in their respective galleries.
2. Do you offer prints of your original paintings?
Yes. I offer limited edition giclée prints (hand-signed and numbered) and open edition prints through Fine Art America. Each listing will specify the edition type.
3. What’s the difference between limited edition and open edition prints?
Limited editions are a fixed number of high-quality reproductions, signed and numbered by me. Open editions are unlimited and unsigned, available at a lower price point.
4. Can I purchase framed artwork?
Originals are typically sold unframed to avoid damage during shipping. Framing suggestions are included with each piece. Open edition prints through Fine Art America can be ordered framed or unframed.
5. How are your artworks shipped?
Originals are packaged with care and shipped flat or rolled, depending on size, via USPS or UPS with tracking and insurance. Prints ordered from Fine Art America are shipped directly from their production facility.
6. Do you offer custom sizes or commissions?
Yes, I accept commissions for custom watercolor pieces, landscapes, pet portraits, and more. Please contact me via the Contact page for details and pricing.
7. How should I care for my watercolor painting or print?
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight, avoid humid environments, and use acid-free matting and UV-protective glass when framing. Care instructions are included with every order.
8. What materials do you use?
I use professional-grade watercolor paints and 100% cotton archival paper to ensure richness, longevity, and color accuracy in both originals and prints.
9. Can I return or exchange a piece of art?
Due to the nature of fine art, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll work with you on a replacement or solution.
10. Where can I see your work in person?
I regularly participate in regional art shows and exhibitions. Upcoming events are listed on the Events or News page.
11. Can I license your artwork for commercial use?
Artwork licensing is available on a case-by-case basis. Please email me directly with your request and intended use.
12. How do I know if a painting or print is authentic?
All originals and limited edition prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by me.
13. Do you offer gift cards or certificates?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available for purchase and can be used toward any item on my site or toward a commissioned piece.
14. How can I stay updated on new artwork and releases?
